made a new photoshop color-swatches set today, realized how lame my old one was
I confess...I do not understand colour palettes...yes I'm a 'pro' artist (lol...) oh the shame...any insight you can share? I realize this is an uber old post but....
joverine: I just toss together a bunch of my most-picked/used colors and use them as a starting point for extra color picking, hence they're all kinda saturated so I can clearly see which shade. I then modify the saturation and brightness according to my needs. I find it helps for color coordination and this is faster for me as I find I spend alot of time guessing around when I want to pick a color from scratch in ps's color picker (which I find rather unintuitive).
hmm ok coolI'm just too lazy I guess-and take my chances grabbing whatever colour looks good at the time :Pthanks for the speedy and informative reply!
